James & I were married in our garden in 1995. I had spent a lot of time in my garden and enjoyed drying the flowers I grew. Unfortunately, I was frustrated that my beautiful bridal bouquet did not dry as well using silica gel. So, I began researching floral freeze drying. I found that with the use of a special machine, I would be able to dry flowers using a near perfect method of preservation. Suddenly, my hobby turned into a business.
