Gown Preservation

___________________ (“Customer”) wishes to hire Simone’s Timeless Garden to preserve a wedding gown and hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1.     The total price for preservation of the wedding gown is: $________.  One-half of the total price shall be paid by Customer at the time of delivery of the wedding gown to Simone’s Timeless Garden.  Full payment of remaining balance shall be paid by Customer at the time Customer picks up preserved gown.

2.     While all attempts to remove as much staining as possible will be made, Customer acknowledges and understands that Simone’s Timeless Garden cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed from gown.  Successful cleaning depends on type of fabric, type of stain and age of stain.  Simone’s Timeless Garden will not be responsible for stains that cannot be removed in the cleaning process. 

3.      Simone’s Timeless Garden will repair or replace the monetary value of Customer’s gown (as stated below) in the event that the gown is damaged while in our care. 

4.     At the time that Customer picks-up preserved gown, Customer shall inspect the gown for any damage.  Once Customer removes gown from the premises, Simone’s Timeless Garden will not be responsible for the condition of the gown.

5.      Due to limited space, Customer agrees to pick-up finished gown within 7 days of notification by Simone’s Timeless Garden that gown is completed.  In the event that Customer has not contacted and/or arranged for pick-up of gown within 14 days of notification that gown is completed, Simone’s Timeless Garden shall charge customer a $20 storage fee for each additional week the gown remains on the premises.  In the event that Customer does not contact Simone’s Timeless Garden within 90 days of notification, Customer’s gown will be considered abandoned, gown will become property of Simone’s Timeless Garden and Customer shall have no right to receive monetary reimbursement for gown.

6      In no event shall Simone’s Timeless Garden become liable to Customer beyond the below-stated value of Customer’s gown.  Customer releases Simone’s Timeless Garden for all liability beyond such value.
